Interview question bank

Straight from the interview room.

Real questions candidates were asked, with the company, round and level attached.

How it works

Pick a company. See what they ask. Understand why the answer works.

01

Pick the company and the round

Filters match the exact round, not just the company.

02

See what comes up most

Ordered by how often they’re reported. Prepare for the repeats first.

03

Read the editorial, with its sources

A cited write-up for every question.

Why this exists

The questions were always out there. Finding them was the problem.

Committed Contributor · waitlist open

A rejection you can cash in.

Give interviews. Share what you were asked. Committed Contributors earn 50% of the profit made from questions sourced from their interviews.

  1. 01Join the waitlist. Tell us your role and how often you interview. We reply to everyone, and we start small because the team is small.
  2. 02Share each loop. After an interview, submit the experience. We extract the questions from it; you confirm them before anything moves.
  3. 03A curator verifies and attributes. Every question is reviewed by a person, and we may ask you for a few details that show the interview happened — the sort of thing you already have. Published questions are credited to you on your profile, permanently.
  4. 04Profit is shared. Profit attributable to your questions is calculated per the published model. Half of it is yours, with a statement showing the working.
How the profit share works

Share your interview. Earn from it.

The full calculation model — how profit is attributed to a question, and how your share is computed — is published before anyone is paid.
