1. Acceptance

By accessing or using 2 Days Before Interview (“2dbi”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What 2dbi Is

2dbi is a community-driven question bank of real interview questions asked at top tech companies. Users can browse, bookmark, upvote, and submit questions. Content is user-generated and community-curated.

3. Your Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to access personalised features. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials.

4. User-Generated Content

When you submit a question or experience, you grant 2dbi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform.

You must not submit content that is false, misleading, confidential (NDA-covered), defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Prohibited Use

• Scraping or bulk-downloading content without permission
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the service
• Creating fake accounts or submitting fabricated questions
• Using the service for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The 2dbi name, logo, design, and non-user-generated content are owned by us. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitting user.

7. Disclaimers

2dbi is provided “as is”. We make no warranties that questions accurately reflect what any company will ask in your interview. Interview processes change frequently and 2dbi is not affiliated with any company listed on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2dbi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
